Annually the Knights of Columbus organization, including Council 4902 gather outside local area business with their permission to raise funds for the benefit of those individuals with intellectual disabilities. In appreciation for the donation received, a Tootsie Roll is handed to the individual or individuals. This highly visible program has led to the campaign called the “Tootsie Roll Drive”.
Council 4902 has been very active in participating in this campaign over the years and has provided funds to a number of local agencies within River Falls as well as the WI Special Olympics.
